Just wondering if anyone can help.

I am on a 457 temporary long term visa and arrived in January. I have found a new sponsor so realise I have to apply for a new visa

Question is will they use all of the information I have already supplied or will I have to send everything again. My police check for the UK was dated 24/07/2007 is it only valid for a year and if so because I am not in the UK how do I go about getting a new one as I believe that you have to reside in a force area to apply.

Any help would be most appreciated.
