Default Changing jobs mid way through application

Hi all
Pleae can anybody shed some light on this dilema for me. I am a head chef and want to change my employer as I acnnot bear working where I am anymore. Do you think that cahnging my employer mid application will have any affect on my application. I will still be a head chef so my job desription will not change. I realy do not want to have to ask my new employer to give me a reference for OZ, as this may affect me getting another job.

Any help gratefully received as we are not using an agent.

Your experience and occupation are "frozen" as at application date, so it makes no difference whether you change employers. However you should inform DIAC of the change in circumstances - form 1022 me thinks.
