Changing employer on 457
I wonder if anyone can help with a question that I have.
If someone is here on a 457 employed as XXXXX and has been offered another job in a different profession that he does not actually have proven experience in, is it possible for the new company to still sponsor him on a 457 or does the applicant need to prove x years experience in the new profession. Hope that makes sense.
