Changing 457 sponsors.

Changing 457 sponsors.
Hi
i could do with some advice...have submitted an e457 visa application and medicals which are finalised...BUT....now have the chance of a much better employment situation with a different sponsor.If i withdraw the current e457 visa app. quick(as its been processsing last 3 weeks) should that have any repercussions as regards submitting another application with a new sponsor?i.e. is there some kind of minimum time there has to be between applications?I aware that i would lose the visa app. fee but would i need to redo medicals etc or think it likely they could be transferred over to my "new" application.Been in touch with imm. about this last week but no reply and the clock is ticking.
Any advice from anyone who been through similar much appreciated.
