hi:

i advise u to appear in ielts exam as soon as possible. and lodge ur 175 visa. if any change comes into effect i believe it won't affect ur application. since ur profession is listed in csl.

my agent will lodge my e-visa-176 (wa,accountant, point: 130) this thursday. pls pray for me.

It doesn't matter. If you have not done your IELTS you cannot apply before 1 January. Whether the changes affect anything or not is out of your control.

In new legislations to be effective the term "instrument in writing" is not defined. Its bit confusing , & i feel exact list or that" instrument" will be defined soon.

if your trade is removed from the CSL, and made an application. this will be effect your application. I asked this very question in Bristol a few weeks ago.

If you believe me, ask the folk whom applications almost completed which got canned by changes on September 2009
