Changes to Notice of Intended Marriage Validity Period
Hi
While speaking to a marriage celebrant in Australia to get the NOIM for my partner's visa, it was mentioned that the period of time that a NOIM application is valid for will be increased from 6 months to 18 Months (I think).
This change is to come into effect from the 5th November, and any NOIM signed after this date will then be valid for the new period.
Can anybody confirm this?
Michael
