Default Change of state sponsorship list after skill assessment application

Hi,

My sister had applied for skill assessment in may first week. She has got a positive skill assessment today. She was planning to apply for a state sponsorship of ACT. Now, the list has changed from what it was previously and her skill has been removed from the list.

Can she still apply for the state sponsorship or everything is waste now?

Well no if it is off the list there is no point in applying for it. She needs to check the other lists, or just wait. Unfortunately everyone is at the risk and mercy of changing lists as we navigate through the process. She has had bad luck.

Wouldn't the skill assessment application date be considered?
