Change of position within a company on a 457 Visa?

Change of position within a company on a 457 Visa?
Hi,
I am on 457 Visa at the moment working as a Technical Writer. Say for example if change titles (say Business Analyst position) within the same company, how does it work?
Should the company re-apply for the nomination again or is there any special procedure which needs to be followed?
Will it any way affect when i apply for PR after 2 years under the ENS? At the moment i cant apply for ENS as i dont have the 3 year work experience.
