Change of circumstances
Dear All,
I have a baby girl and I need to inform DIMIA about my change of circumstances. I had applied in Sept. 2002 as Skilled-Independent. I have not had the request for the medicals as well as police certificates yet.
Please give my your suggestion how the best I inform about the change of my circumstances.
Your kind suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Best regards,
Gokul

We applied in Nov 2002 and then got married in Jan 2003. We initially emailed ASPC as we did not know our file number. They sent a quick response with our file number.
We then sent certified copies of my new passport and marriage certificate along with the change in circumstances form 1022 available from www.dimia.gov.au
I would fill out the form along with copies of the birth certificate and also a copy of your babies passport ( Not sure whether they need their own ) if not a copy of your passport with the babies details on there.
Hope this helps
