Hi Tracy,

The change is only to the 457 visa scheme, not RSMS.

Many thanks for your reply George. Thats what I thought too George, but was worried because the new regulations seem a bit anti truck drivers. We meet all the requirements for the RSMS and have included a submission for exceptional circumstances on the skill level, so see no reason why it will be refused. Have you any idea how long the wait is for onshore RSMS lodges in Melbourne? (we are going to front load meds and police checks).

Thank you So much for your reply JAJ, I did actually look there first before putting the post on here but after going round and round in circles for half an hour I thought some kind person on here would point me in the right direct
