Default Certifying Documents - Other country

Me and my wife are belongs to two nationalities.. We got all our photocopied documents signed 'as true copy' from my country.

Some of these documents issued by each others country. Example, wife's birth certificate and the name change document. I am the primary applicant

Will they accept the JP signature from one country in all our documents?
( ie: Wife's documents issued from her country but signed as true copy from my country. )

Thank you

Yes. My sponsor's marriage certificate was issued in India, but certified in Australia.
