case file officer
hi we sent or meds of to Sydney on the 30th of DEC and were cleared 3 weeks ago and then sent to the case worker but here we are with no visa.the question is can me our my agent get in touch with the case worker to see what's happening ( they might be lost in the post )

yes they went tough the LCU about 21/2 to 3 weeks ago

let your case officer have chance to deal with them. You are asking this question too early. You also have an agent so they will get to know before you anyway.
