hi, if you are a NZ resident (not citizen) can you move to OZ and work ?

NO, one needs to acquire NZ citizenship to work in Australia?

NZ govt. has increased the number of years of stay required in NZ from 3 years to 5 years.

NZ - a transit lounge for Australia.

NZ is no longer a transit lounge for Australia, but no you cannot legally work in Australia by being a NZ PR
