Default Can visa officer direct me to go to ACS for Asst?

I have got my qualification asst from IEAust as I am an Engineer in Inf
and Technology. I wish to apply for 139 Des spons visa before Jun 30.
Since I did not have enough exp to go to ACS I got it from IEAust.

Now in visa application if I put my experience in programming side in
IT, can the visa officer ask me to go for asst from ACS and as I cant
get it for want of experience can my application be rejected?

Dear Avin,

Further to earlier post. The case officer can't insist that you be assessed by ACS but sometimes they liaise with the assessing bodies to confirm aspects of the assessments.
