My wife may be moved to Australia with her work on an employer sponsored visa. If
that happens can I work? She's a management consultant and I'm in sales.

Thanks for your help.

Hello Mark,

If your wife is granted a sub-class 457 4 year Employer sponsored temporary residence
visa and you are also included in the application as the secondary applicant you will
receive a 457 visa valid for the same period as your wife but with no restrictions on
who you can work for.

If on a sub-class 457 temporary resident visa your wife's visa will be subject to
condion 8107: -

" The holder must not change employer or occupation in Australia without permission
in writing of the Secretary".
