Can i Apply for PR while doing Masters in Aus.
iam having 3+ years experience in Software Indusrty.i wanted to do my Masters in Australia.While i do my Masters can i apply for a Permanent Residence parallely?
Anyone please help me in knowing this information.

Do you still want to your master's degree, or was it something you previously wanted to do?
You will need to have at least 4 years of IT experience for the ACS skills assessment. Here's the URL (obviously you haven't visited their site yet) http://www.acs.org.au/
You will need to also prove that you were working in an SOL occupation for 12 of the last 18 months prior to your application being lodged.
If you satisfy the basic requirements as well as score sufficient points, there's nothing that bars you from applying for a PR visa while being an overseas student in Australia. Take a look at http://www.immi.gov.au/ for more information on migration to Australia.
You should also probably take a look at this site too: http://www.ielts.org/

study required in Australia for PR as a graduate student from 1 year
to 2 - possibly as early as March 2003 (or July 2003 as a fall-back) -
and it's not clear at all what the transitional arrangements will be.
