I did an online application that my future employer's lodged for me as they paid for it. I presume then that they have the CO's name and contact number.

i got my CO name and number when he sent me email requiring some additional information.....
if u dont have COs number...i guess u can call at immi exchange number and just ask who is my CO and get his number.....i think there is no harm in persuing application...i even rang the teamleader many times...he told me that my case is unallocated..and he will allocate it to someone now..
