Buying a business on a 410 visa
Am I right in thinking that I cannot buy a small business on a 410 retiree visa. Philip.

1. There may well be FIRB restrictions; and
2. There's a 20 hour a week work limitation on 410 and you'd find it difficult to run a business while observing this; and
3. It's risky to buy a business without a clear path to permanent residence; and
4. The 410 visa was closed to new applicants on 1 July 2005.
