This has to be the exception in the Seattle area right now. Quite honestly the market
is dead and dry here now. Hardly any companies are hiring. It seems this place was
.COM ville during the boom period and now that those companies have collapsed there's
way too many people in the job market and far few positions to go around. It's very
competitive here right now.
....
Due to the folks leaving Australia in search of stronger currencies are they leaving
large holes and creating an IT shortage thus making it easy for skilled workers to
pick up work in Australia? Both Sydney and Melbourne?
Or has the .COM bubble burst also seriously affected the job market in Australia too?
