My colleagues have know I was going for 2 years - they are just as excited as I am. I am preparing to interview my replacement with my manager - I am going to get someone really irritating so they will always miss me and appreciate me!
We front loaded June 2002.
The extra information we sent was Scottish Police checks and change of circumstance form. We also sent new references for my husband who had changed employer. We sent this off about 3 weeks ago.
We have to enter the country by 01/09/03 and we've booked our flights for 29th March 2003, ordered the packing cartons, booked accommodation, cancelled the direct debits, put the cars on the market and I am just about to book a rental car.
