Hi,

I submitted a PLE early today but have not received automated reply with Enquiry Tracking Number. I used to receive automated reply in minutes after submitting PLE. I am not refering to actual reply of a PLE.

Is there some changes recently?

once it happened with me that I got automatic answer only after several days, another time I didn't get anything, however usually automatic reply you get in half an hour.

That's what I am worried about, its been 8 to 10 hours and no automated reply. Actually, my issue was time critical so i was worried about it.
