Australian House (in person)
Can anyone tell me if you can visit Australian House in London.
We will be in London and have a query about our visa, so we thought as we will be there it would be easier to see someone in person.
So if anyone can let me know at what address ? time? (if any).
Thank you

I've only been there for passport renewals and not aware of them taking queries. The people working there accept applications and can put visas in passports. Not sure they can answer queries that are specific to your visa and they are likely to answer most questions with 'check the website' for anything general.
Not been there since 2004 but from memory you have to get there at 9, take a ticket and wait and whilst the doors close at 11, you could be waiting a lot longer.

And FWIW we recently received this information:
The Australian High Commission in London is managed by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), as such DFAT manage building facilities including delivery access. In this regard DFAT’s post Security manager has specified that:
· Mail can only be delivered at the “back door” on Melbourne Place.
· The High Commission will only accept mail from Royal Mail and registered couriers.
· The High Commission can only accept deliveries between the hours of 9:00 - 12:30 and 13:30 - 16:00 on weekdays (except
· The High Commission only accepts mail to accredited positions at the post. This means mail addressed to agencies or staff that do not work here it will not be accepted. (For Immigration the address published on both the High Commission and main Immigration website is Migration Branch, Migration Branch, Australia House, Strand, London WC2B 4LA.)
Cheers,
