Australian Citizen and Filipino Partner
Situation: Australian Citizen has been in a relationship with Filipino girlfriend for almost 7 years. Wants to bring her here to Australia. Not lived together but have spent time together in the Phillipines, UK and Azerbaijan. Valid visas were given for the period of time in UK and Azerbaijan. What are the best options for him, are there any options for him. Any advice appreciated.

Unless she can get a visa in her own right - skilled, it would have to be one of the Spouse visas, although the not living together could well be an issue unless they get married first or do the Prospective Marriage route..

The chap in question should investigate the options for registering the relationship in the state or territory he lives in.
