Aussie Fiance and spouse visa rules
Hi
Im new here so i hope my question isnt adequate I would like to know if much has
changed over the last 2 years in Australia visa laws in regards to fiance and spouse
visa. For eg i have noticed that USA has introduced a new visa K3 which allows you to
marry your girlfriend overseas then bring her back immedietely. Its a temporary visa
and allows you to apply for a permanent in the meantime. I think USA has got it
right. Why does Australia continue to make life a nightmare for potential spouses
etc. 9 months waits are very traumatic
If anyone can give me any advice i would appreciate it. Im constantly in Europe
meeting my girlfriend and just wonder if some laws have changed lately Thanks
