I will appreciate if someone will make things clear for me.
I am dental hygienist do i need to fill up SRG1 version 5-jully2011????
and second .Anyone who filled "Application for skill assessment"
I cant find where to write under which visa subclass applicant going to apply ( (i am under visa subclass 475)
There 3 mentioned:
General Skilled Migration
Employer Nomination Scheme
Skilled Graduate(visa subclass 485)
which one I have to tick??

The 475 visa is one of the general skilled migration visas, so tick that one.

I must admit, I did not think that dental hygienist was on the occupation lists however, are you sure it is eligible?

I found Dentist and Dentist Specialist. No Hygenist. Where have you found it listed?

Dental hygienist is on the SOL - it's on schedule one (it's right down at the end of the list). You'll need to be assessed by Vetassess. No one can tell you how long it'll take. The website indicates 12 to 16 weeks.
