We have finally Got our Visa Rejected as Thought.. Wife is a Hair Dresser.

Well we are planning to file again.

How does a Hair Dresser get his/her qualifications certified to AQFIII Level? You know they come over to your Salon and assess you on Spot. I'm writing from India.
How much does this cost?
Where should I apply for this? To which body?
Appreciate if someone in the Forum can shed some light on this.
