No I don't have the option now. But I had it after getting the SS approved. WA allows 6 months time to sign an agreement with them after the approval. Whereas SA allows 2 months time to provide TRN number after the approval. Here approval refers to state sponsorship application approval not visa application approval. If these stages are not responded they don't forward form 1100 to DIAC and 175 application remains 175.

Thanks for the quick reply. So it is clear now that after providing TRN following SS application approval, there is no coming back to 175. They will send form 1100 to diac and we will be 176. The point of no return is providing TRN .

I am giving it a serious thought now. Keeping DIAC's changing rules in view, getting to another state then desired one is perhaps better then getting to desired state atleast two years later

Is there anyone being assigned by CO after they changed processing priority? Yes, I know there are several persons who weren't assigned yet as Feb, or March applicants, but now I'm becoming nervous a little bit. My occupation is on the CSL list but, they may change any time before I'm on processing.

Dear Sunitram ! I was formally assigned CO on 25 September 2009 although a PLE of 18 Sep was answered on 24 Sep confirming that I have been assigned a CO. With in a day, all my documents were Met and now only medical exam is pending which I am going to take ASAP.

Sure ! It requires a number of steps. First get a Rs. 30 Stamp Paper from local courts. Print a specimen pattern for police clearance on it (specimen normally available at photocopier shops in there). Fill and verify the Stamp Paper from notary public.

Next, take the form to your city's SP/DSP Security. He will mark it to appropriate Police Station as per your residential address. You can take Stamp Paper by hand to your local Police Station where they will put their comments/clearance in a day or two (depends on the mentality of police official in there ).

Finally, take this form back to SP/DSP Security office of your city, where your final PCC will be prepared in a day or two.

Note: This how I got my and my spouse PCC from Peshawar, Pakistan. Procedure may slightly differ for other cities.
