I'd like to know where I can check if my occupation equal with Australian criteria ?

I'm a computer programmer.

you'll have to find out what skills code you come under from the skills occupations
list on www.immi.gov.au which you can download
http://www.dima.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1121i.pdf here ! and then in your case go to the
oz computer society www.acs.com.au and apply to have your skills assessed.... i
hunted around on australian uni websites to see if my degree was comparable to an
australian one... but you have to get it assessed properly !
