One of my friends is turning 45 in May. He has alraedy applied for the Skill Assessment and has received the Reference number. But he is not sure that he would get the final assessment result before he turns 45.

Can he apply for the 175 Visa with reference number and submit the Assessment result as and when he receives it, say maybe by June or July?

Please reply urgently. Thanks

Skill assessment is a basic requirement and must be available at time of lodgement, same as IELTS for those who don't hold UK, US, Canada, Irland and New Zealand passport. If submitted afterwards the visa will be refused.
