I have applied for review to ACS to claim CSL .
my question is - rather than waiting for review results, can I apply for 175 Visa now with NON-CSL ACS letter . Once review is done and CSL (hopefully) is granted , I can submit that to DIAC for priority processing.....
any suggestions pls ..

I think it would be a risk.. If CO would be assigned before your skill assesment granted, they may reject or you can have trouble somehow.

I was thinking same thing as you, but I agreed to wait the assesment result would be the best.

You will have problem in selecting the Nominated Occupation. Which Nominated Occupation are you going to choose? If I am not mistaken, you are not allowed to change it after the submission.
