Default Application processing times

Hi All,
I would like to request your comment and suggestion regarding the following information from DIAC Website.
http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/gener...htm#processing
This indicates processing time for high risk countries for
General Skilled and Skilled Regional Sponsored visa but I am having confusion for the visa category.
- Does 176 is included under General skilled or it is under skilled regional sponsored.
Please help!

Copy from DIAC website:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Application processing times

For complete applications, the department will process 75% of applications in the time listed in the table below.

Processing times vary depending on 'high risk' or 'low risk' country requirements. Low risk countries are Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) eligible. High risk countries are those not on the ETA list.
See: www.eta.immi.gov.au

The tables below outline service standards for low and high risk countries.

Service Standard for High Risk Countries

General Skilled Migration: six months for onshore and 15 months for Offshore
Skilled Regional Sponsored:5 months for onshore and 7 months for Offshore

Default Re: Application processing times

As lilsweets said earlier - 176/175 fall under General Skilled migration and the base timelines are 7months (LR) 15 months (HR)

Cheers
