Aos Lodged Pre-july But Not Finalised...

Aos Lodged Pre-july But Not Finalised...
It's me - the bore - again...
Has anyone in my position had their assurer contacted as yet by Centerlink? My letter says they will 'soon' contact the assurer... and that all paperwork has been forwarded to Centerlink.
I know Kiddij successfully sent their assurer without contact from Centerlink but my uncle wants to wait to be contacted by them.
Anyone on a similar timeline to me had any word from the big C?
We lodged the Aos in June... and the application was received 19th July.

application received by DIMIA 19th July.
Assurer received notice from Centerlink to say they'll soon be in touch... that's it... Just wondering if any other AOS like my situation have had further contact from Centerlink.

Dunno mate, but i have seen some info on the forum and others sites that give an indication of expected wait.

Are you pre or post July? When was your assurors details sent to centrelink?
My assurors details were sent sometime last month unfortunately don't know exact date as CO emailed me after I requested some info but she did not give me an exact date. As I am pre July my assurors form 28 was included in my application and that's the info that centrelink should receive. As yet centrelink haven't contacted my assuror but my sister will contact them again on Monday (at my insistance I may add). I did read on another post that someone waited 5 weeks for centrelink to contact their assuror. I think it may also depend on what office is dealing with it as I am going to Sydney it may take a bit longer.
I will keep you informed of any news I hear.
