Default AOS Bond Documents Sent

Over a week ago and still no word..... Anybody else sent in all the documentation and not got their visas, I know I may be a bit impatient but all we seem to be doing is waiting for everything, the house sale, the visas...

I didn't hear anything for 2-3 weeks after sorting bond out so I shouldn't worry too much. It appears that's about the average looking on timeline.
Good luck.

Once you sister has lodged the bond the bank applies for the guarantee paperwork which in our case took about 10 days. This can then be collected from the bank and your sister needs to get certified copies of these and the paying in slips. She then keep the originals and sends the copies to ASPC. If all is in order ASPC grant visa........

Good luck.

Hi Leanda,

Do not worry. My best friend received the request for the AOS Bond, and her visa was granted exactly two weeks after it was sent to ASPC.

It is coming......

Cheers.

Hi there - yes she needs to get 2 copies of whatever the bank gives her back and then get them certified and sent to the case officer. Mine took 2/3 weeks. Good luck.

My bond was paid into the bank monday 10th May. I had my visa finalised by email from case officer on the 20th May (which was my birthday so that was great!). It would have been posted that day but she had to email me as hadn't received my letter for where it was to be evidenced. So I suppose if she'd have had this info it would have dropped through my door around the 24th May. (as it happens got to me 26th) So exactly 14 days which seems to be about the average! Good luck!
