Hi Safet!!!!! Hello to you and my Dear Bangaldeshis/Pakis/Indians Friends!!!!!

Hope You are right and we all get CO allocated by13th Feb'09,
I have to make a little clarification over here, As far as I understand "Application being processed further" may not mean that there is a CO allocated, it's just a message updated from DIAC.....I have also confirmed from my agent coz I elodged in the month of nov(19th) and at
22nd Dec I got that message when I was checking the update for my VISA.....

Hi Saad,
I wish Safet is right!!!!however as far as I kno I am positive that it is just a kid of acknowledgement that DIAC sends to show that our cases arae being looked into, The very first thing that a CO would do, once he is allocated to you will be that he/she will either call you or email asking for the doumnets that are required.
I have also read in other forum about this fact....

I applied for 175 but my status was changes to 'being processed further' on 14/01/2009 So it is not only for state sponsored whatever that means....

This is from one of my friend here from HR country. Why DIAC is
requesting Medicals within 28 Days ( as stated when you click on the message field on the right side of the entry) ? isn't it to early? he just applied a month ago. or this is normal? look at the colored line " further information required"

Asked and answered elsewhere - please don't post the same question in several different threads, its confusing for those answering you.

Without sounding racist....if this is "British expats" can I ask are you British? Why are there questions being asked or raised about being from High Risk countries when "Britian" is not one of them?

Do you have dual citizenship? if you do, why are you not applying under your British passports?

Why moan about the length of time your visa application is taking and say it is unfair and seems racist when you are from such high risk countries??

Why get your medicals done to front load when you know it is going to take more than 12 months to get your visa and you have to pay to have them done again???

People who are getting their applications processed faster are applying for visas other than the 175 which are processed faster according do DIAC processing times.

It seems like you feel hard done by because yours take longer and are going down the "racist" route as an excuse. If you are from a high risk country, then more checks are required and would be expected.

EVERYBODY KNOWS VISAS CAN BE A LOTTERY!
