Just been going through my documents and can't find all the old passports, how can I show evidence of first arrival in Australia? We arrived Nov 2001 and got PR last September. Also do docs need to be certified before we upload them? Thanks in advance again lol

You don't need to "prove" your first arrival. Why do you think you do? What you were doing in 2001 is too long ago to have any relevance on a citizenship application anyway.

Oh ok it just says in the documents list you need to provide evidence of your first arrival in Australia. I was just assuming this was to prove eligibility. Oh well if it's not an issue, I don't need to worry about it. Thanks so much for taking the time to answer.

It doesn't matter if you no longer have the proof, its all on DIBP files, even though they ask you for it as well. Just tell them the date as close as you remember and you'll be fine

Not blonde at all Its quite a common question! I don't think I had proof when I applied, and I know others on here haven't. You'll be fine, just tell them you no longer have anything to prove it

As said give closest info you can, in my application "when did you first enter Australia, unsure of dates or months I put 03(?) 98' and similar to other questions.
