Another PR question
My employer has agreed to sponsor me for a PR visa as I am currently here on a 457 visa. I qualified in May 2003 so have less than 3 years post experience. I am of the understanding that I need 3 years post experience in order for my employer to sponsor me. Is this true? I have been working full time in UK and am now working at The Wesley in Brisbane.

How long have you been on the 457 visa?

Normally you need 3 years experience for ENS (plus a skill assessment) unless they waive part of the 3 year requirement. I don't know how easy or hard that is.
Unless you've been on a 457 for 2 years.
Download and read migration booklet 5 for the details.
Alternatively, why not look at general skilled (points tested) migration?
You would do well to consider a consultation with an agent who understands ENS and general skilled migration, to get more clarity on your options.
