another certified documents question- sorry!
Hi, sorry for this, can't find the answer when I searched.
Can someone please clarify exactly what is meant by certified documents? Are these photocopies of the originals that have been certified by solicitor etc...

We too ours to our local councilor who was also a Justice of the Peace. They certified them for free. We're in Dundee.
