Default Allocation of Bonus Points For New Zealand

Hi,
I am a little confused about the bonus points that one can score while
calculating points for New Zealand EOI. This confusion has risen from
my inability to distinguish between some sections where foreigners like
me (who are not in NZ and has never studied and worked there) can score
these bonus points. Following is the link that takes to the bonus
points table:

http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migra...ointstable.htm

I am a person who has never studied or worked in NZ ever. I have a four
years bachelors degree in computer science (from my country and not NZ)
and i have been working full time (in my country not in NZ) in IT
industry for a little more than 5 years. My profession is listed in An
identified future growth area and in An area of absolute skills
shortage.

Followoing are the areas where i need help. Can someone tell me where
and how many bonus points i can claim in the following categories? The
confusion is that i cannot figure out CLEARLY where foreigners like me
become eligible for bonus points particularly when it comes to future
growth area and area of absolute skills shortage. Am i eligible to
score in these categories even if i have not studied and worked in NZ?
