Hi mates,

I am Asif Rehman from Pakistan. For 189 category (60 points req), firstly need to apply for Engineers Australia. I applied via fast track but it turned to be slow track while they fully charged for services. I was 32 of age one month back on time of applying but EA process was too slow even fast track (15 days process policy turned to be ages policy) was only a label to accumulate money .. however now I am 33 and still EA outcome waited.

Some basic info that if someone guide me over it..
Deployment Specialist (8 years plus experience)
IELTS 6.5 band (listening 7, reading 6,writing 6 and speaking 7.5)
Married
6 months daughter
BSC Electrical Engineer
16 years study record

70 points as per accessment but now I am 33 now so point reduces to 65. My question that can 65 point make my visibility for Australia Immigration or not ?

I will be very thankful if someone see my query and share expert advice that still I am eligible to apply and process my case further.

I've edited your post to remove your personal info - it's not needed and not a good idea.

To answer your question, you only need to reach 60 points for most occupations to get an invitation to apply.

Or you can increase points by getting better English scores.

RammyGirl, thanks for feedback. Basically, my points are as per standard of 189 category. My query was that without improving ielts can i proceed further with 65 points for 189 category.

Now you say you already know that your points are as per standard of 189 category (whatever that means), then why ask the question if you already know the answer?
