Hello,
If someone is over 34 but less then 35. How many points he/she can
claim for age factor?

25 I would think if you are the main applicant and you apply before your 35th Birthday. (Assuming points are allocated as per http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/skill_points.htm)
Don't apply the day before your 35th just in case the time difference between Australia and your part of the world catches you out.

I'm not sure how it's mathematically possible to be over 34 but less
than 35.
However, in answer to what I think you've asked, if you have not
reached your 35th birthday on the day you apply, you are treated as
being 34.

Well 34 years and 1 day is more than 34 years and less than 35, as is 34 years and 364 days ... :-))

I doubt we tell people we're 34 and a half these days... Perhaps some habits really die hard
