age limit for skilled workers
hi my hubby is a skilled electrican and turns 45 tomorrow are we too late to apply for immigration. we have three children one is a student nurse and i work in admin in nhs

To apply for a skilled independant (175) you have to lodge your application before your 45 birthday.
Which visa are you hoping to apply for ?

Bear in mind that they may need to get their own visa as they are over 18 and may not be considered dependent.
Get some professional advice.
