Default Affidavit viable/enough of documented proof

Hi guys

Was on here around a year ago.. only now have I heard from APHRA so fingers crossed that will be confirmed and then I can start the visa process..

However I have a unique case.. (well kind of lol)
I have three boys 14, 12 & 10. the two eldest were boy one father and the youngest another.. not seen the eldest two's father 12yrs (that was to only put his name on birth certifcate. The youngest not seen him for 9yrs he is on the birth certifcate..

About 4/5yrs ago I had their surname changed by deed poll to my surname..
(not sure if this makes any trickier matters)

I have obtained an affidavit from a solicitor just waiting to get it signed.. is this all the AU visa requires.. there i s no way I know where their father's are and since we were neither married and he has had no intervention in their life by the UK law i have sole custody..

Any help or websites etc would be most appreciated..
Even a contact number for AU law/visa etc,, have been searching to no avail..

Regards
Val

Sounds like a good MARA agent is what you need. Have a look at threads on here recommending agents, or have a look at
https://www.mara.gov.au

Don't waste time phoning DIAC, they will not really be able to advise you in detail.
