Advice on Visa Application for Aussie Army
Hi,
I have noticed that there are quite a few people on this forum who are/spouse is joining the ADF on a lateral transfer. Grateful if one of you could advise on where you sent your Form 47ES to and how you went about paying the fee.
Many thanks.

I assume that you are already serving and have reached the rank of either Sgt or Capt (or equivalent). Your skills/nationality also play a big part in selection.
Hold off on Form 47 ES (plus Form 80) by the way. You are way ahead of yourself, but that will help later on.
Happy to help more.

You need to read this. Click the link 1/3 down the page on the right hand side depending on what service your are interested. This will also provide you with the contact details.

Sorry, should have made myself clearer. We have gone through the whole recruiting process and my OH already has his formal job offer. We just have to get our visa application submitted so that we can decide on a start date.
