advice please
hi
I am applying for a prospective marriage visa....i have to give the birthdates of my parents ..my father changed his name by deed poll on unknown date but i do have both names he was known by ..I cannot ask him as he is deceased as is my mother ..any advice as to what i should do would be appreciated

I'm perplexed as to how you can change your date of birth by deed poll???
