But they will appear on a police check and therefore are "disclosed" (unless anyone is planning on tippexing them out) , which was the whole point of my original post whereby I made reference to the fact that in future they may not appear because of the recent court of human rights judgement about old and irrelevant information appearing on police checks. New and relevant information about cautions will still appear until such a time as it is deemed irrelevant (you can probably find the timescales for this in the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and subsequent amendment acts such as the Criminal Justice Act 2003)

My apologies if you are confused, however I do offer short courses on the interpretation of CRB procedures, ROA 1974 and POVA - for a small fee should you wish to understand the subject in more detail.

CRB procedures? They have some nowadays do they? Probably a very short course though........

Haha - well that's what they call them - though I find procedures are only ever as good as the person implementing them.

And I dont really do "short" courses - I have a life!
