Yes, the medicals can be sent by courier to the street address you quote.

The Commonwealth Centre houses the South Australian branch of a number of
federal government agencies, and the ASPC is on the first floor, at the
western end of the complex. The state office of DIMIA is on another floor,
at the eastern end of the building. If you send your documents to the state
office of DIMIA, they may be returned to you.

Hi ,
I have been asked by DIMIA to do the medicals. The letter with medicals
states that medicals have to be sent by the doctor at the GPO 1638 ----
address. My doctor will send the medicals by Fedex Express. But Fedex
Express do not ship to GPO addresses. My question is :
Can I (i.e my doctor)use the following address for sending the medicals.
Commonwealth Centre Building
Level 1
55 Currie Street
Adelaide SA 5000
