Default Advice - move to Hong Kong in the meantime!

Hi, my husband has been offered a great job in HK for 18 months after
which we plan to move to Oz. We have already sent the application to
DIMIA in Ma. The move to HK as expats would hapen soon, is there anyone
else in a similar state? anyone know what to do with regards to
continuation of OZ application? Would like it to continue but not sure
what to do with regards to DIMIA, any advice appreciated

Hi Priya,

Not entirely clear what your situation is, however if you have a current migration application in the pipeline you should just go through with it, validate the visas by having a short holiday here, and then plan to move to Australia sometime during the 5 year validity of the visas.

Cheers,
