I am currently in the process of filling in the forms to migrate to OZ. I have not had any contact with my farther for over 10 years the last i knew he was living in maderia. I know that he has re-married but i don't know her DOB but i do no her name. Any help would be great as i this is the only section i have left to fill in and i can submit all documents.

What is the Form numbers (47SK, 80 etc...) and question numbers?

Maybe a covering letter explaining your situation would surfice. fill out the form with all the details that you know i.e. your dad's name, dob and last known location. if your know he has remarried and had children explain this in a letter. This may be enough information for the form.

Maybe George Lombard or Alan Collett would be able to provide further details.
