Adding Family to my 457
My wife and I came out here in Jan 2011 on a 457 sponsored visa. We both work. My 22 year old son is considering heading over now. Can he be added to my visa and would that give him the right to work?

He would need his own visa as he is over 18 and non dependent

I agree that this is a very unlikely scenario. He would have to be in full time education and financially dependent upon you. WHV is probably his best bet.
