I want to send my papers to ACS after 15 days , do u think i have enough time (in case of getting positive assessment ) to apply to DIMA before
1,september ??? i heard that it takes about 10 weeks to assess my papers and about another one month because they will send the result though normal mail (letter) which is take that time, specially I apply from outside Australia , is that true ???

Hi, I'm in the same position, but what choice do you have ? I figure you have to take the chance and go for it now because we don't yet know what will come in Sept.

You have the timescales basically correct, though ACS say to allow 21 days for recipt of decision if outside Australia. There is nearly 5 months (22 weeks) until 1st September. You should be fine.
